How the Alvar Satisfaction Guarantee Works

Did the recipe not suit your dog or wasn’t it to their taste? We offer a satisfaction guarantee.

You can receive a full refund or try another one of our 10 complete foods for free — the choice is yours. We’re here to support you.

• Use the subject line “Taste Guarantee”
• Include your order number in the message (found in your order confirmation).
• Let us know whether you’d like to try another recipe or return the product. If you already have another recipe in mind, tell us and we’ll take care of the rest; if you’d like help choosing, describe your situation so we can suggest a suitable option.

Terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee:

• The satisfaction guarantee applies to all Alvar Pet dry foods in 2 kg packaging

• One bag per customer

• Your pet is trying the product for the first time

• The product is in its original packaging and at least 75% remains

• No more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
