Alvar Pet

The insect protein we use in Alvar products (black soldier fly larvae) includes all the amino acids a dog needs from its diet so as a protein source it is well-suited for puppies. Puppies should however be fed with food that is specifically designed to meet the needs of puppies and our insect-based recipe Derma/Insect is formulated for adult dogs and is therefore not suitable for puppies.
