How the Alvar Satisfaction Guarantee Works

Did the recipe not suit your dog or wasn’t it to their taste? We offer a satisfaction guarantee.

You can receive a full refund or try another one of our 10 complete foods for free — the choice is yours. We’re here to support you.

• Use the subject line “Taste Guarantee”
• Include your order number in the message (found in your order confirmation).
• Let us know whether you’d like to try another recipe or return the product. If you already haveanother recipe in mind, tell us and we’ll take care of the rest; if you’d like help choosing, describe your situation so we can suggest a suitable option.

Terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee:

• The satisfaction guarantee applies to all Alvar Pet dry foods in 2 kg packaging

• One bag per customer

• Your pet is trying the product for the first time

• The product is in its original packaging and at least 75% remains

• No more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
