How do the Alvar loyalty rewards work?

With each Alvar order, you climb the loyalty ladder 🐾 Both shop and subscription purchases earn you rewards, but they can only be used on subscription deliveries.

You’ll get an email from us when a new reward is available, with instructions how to claim it.

Where can I find my current reward?

On your customer page, click to Subscriptions – scroll to see Rewards. If you have a reward available, you’ll see instructions on how to claim it.

I had unclaimed rewards where did they go?

Each reward is valid for your next order – if left un-used, it expires.

How can I see the upcoming rewards?

You can see the reward you have available for your next order. (We’re looking into building a more thorough view of past and future rewards)
