This spring we renewed our dry food range. New health benefits, innovative compositions, improved taste. That’s why we now want to offer you a full taste guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you’ll get your money back.

How our Taste Guarantee works

Did the recipe not suit your dog? We currently offer a full taste guarantee, valid until August 31st. You can either get a full refund or try one of our 10 complete meals for free: the choice is yours, and we’re here to help.

• Use the subject line “Taste Guarantee”

• Include your order number (found in your order confirmation)

• Tell us whether you’d like a refund or want to try another recipe. If you already know which recipe you’d like, let us know and we’ll handle the rest. If you’d like suggestions, describe your dog's situation so we can recommend a suitable option.

The Taste Guarantee covers all Alvar Pet dry foods, one bag per customer.
