The first return or exchange is free of charge for the customer. For a second return or exchange related to the same order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We charge a return and handling fee of €10, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

When returning a product, please send a return request by email to [email protected]. In your message, include the contents of the return and your order number. We will send return instructions in our reply.

Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Please note: An unclaimed order is not considered a customer return. If you are unable to receive or collect your package, please contact our customer service in advance. We charge a handling fee of €10 for unclaimed orders, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
