Return and exchange policy
We offer a 14-day return period for purchases made through our online store. You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the return notification. Returned products must be unused and in perfect condition. Clearance and discontinued products cannot be returned.
The first return or exchange is free of charge for the customer. For a second return or exchange related to the same order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of a second return/exchange, we charge a return and handling fee of €10, which will be deducted from the refunded amount or charged in addition to an exchange.
When returning a product, please send a return request by email to [email protected]. In your message, include the contents of the return and your order number. We will send return instructions in our reply.
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
Please note: An unclaimed order is not considered a customer return. If you are unable to receive or collect your package, please contact our customer service in advance. We charge a handling fee of €10 for unclaimed orders, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
You will receive return instructions for your package from our customer service at [email protected]. Please keep your return receipt until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Defective product or damaged package
If there is any issue with the product or shipment, please contact us without delay by email at [email protected]. We will provide instructions on a case-by-case basis regarding refunds, disposal and/or return of the products.
Delayed delivery
If your order cannot be shipped from our warehouse within a reasonable time, we will contact you by email. Once we have handed the shipment over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
